Roots Medical is thrilled to offer a free 15 minute GI assessment for any patient wanting to take the next step in their healthcare journey. The process is simple but is not required to become a patient with us. If you are curious about the areas of improvement with your diet, lifestyle or symptoms then this 15 minutes is certainly worth your time.
The first step to engage this free appointment is contact the front desk via text, call or email. We will then send you new patient paperwork, a GI assessment form and select a time for the visit. These appointments are virtual for time purposes and we will hold your spot on our calendar for only $1. There is no commitment once finished and if you want to become a patient at that point, you’re almost all the way there.
The staff at Roots Medical and Pediatrics will be able to give you guidance in that appointment, detail the type of testing that would be involved and of course answer any questions about your specific situation.
